Custom Training Plans
Do you have the consistency and love for running and only need to know HOW to get the results without back and forth communication from a coach?
An individualized training plan can help you achieve your goals without the 1:1 coaching and communication from a coach (because sometimes, we don't need or want that).
The ELEVATE custom training plans are designed JUST for you.
A custom training plan includes:

A 12 week customized training plan including running, cross-training (if desired), and core/strength/mobility built specifically for your goals!

30-minute initial consult/meeting with Coach Sara (intake form filled out prior to our call)

1 round of revisions (if required) communicated over email or phone call with Coach Sara.

Your plan is built through Final Surge, a digital training app
Your custom plan will be delivered within 5 business days after our initial consultation meeting.
Investment: $295 for 12 weeks of training / payment due upon invoicing receipt (sent after our initial meeting / agreement to move forward). Plan will not be built until payment is received.

Custom training plans do not offer ongoing coaching support or coaching access; if you're looking for a custom plan with ongoing coaching support, you are looking for 1:1 coaching!
Consult Calls
Sometimes, we need to bounce our ideas and training plan with an expert to know we are heading in the right direction.
A coach consult call is a great option if you don't have a coach but want training or running advice!
